Hal Smith, MPS is the CEO and founder of Advanced Virtual MFM Solutions Inc. Prior to the Spring of 2021, Hal was the CEO of Forensic Hospitals in New York and Connecticut and held faculty appointments at SUNY Upstate Medical University and Yale University Medical School. He established the statewide telemedicine initiative for the NYS Forensic Mental Health system and has remained intimately involved with the development of telemedicine in the public and private healthcare sectors.
